The ideal outcome of attachment-based therapy is an individual who is balanced emotionally, mentally open, flexible in terms of action, deeply engaged and alive and, above all, able to learn to grow.” (Johnson, 2019, p. 75)

Finding a good therapist is never as easy as.one would think, you have to feel comfortable with the person pretty quickly in order to commit. I had tried a few therapists previously, while I'm sure they were good for others they didn't work for me. With Allan however, we were able to dive into what I was trying improve and make progress very rapidly. While a therapist that will work well for you is personal, I can say that Allan was exactly what I needed and looking for.
