If you’re feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. Maybe conversations turn into conflict or silence. Maybe you feel disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by anxiety, or emotionally exhausted from holding everything together. Or maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start.
I offer online therapy for individuals and couples across Ontario, providing a supportive, thoughtful space to slow things down and understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.

My Approach
Therapy for Couples and Relationships
I work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel emotionally connected again. Many of the couples I support are navigating life in general, but also things like neurodivergence, cultural differences, interfaith relationships, or long-standing conflict patterns that feel impossible to shift.
Common concerns I help with include:
- Communication issues (shutdown, escalation, or frequent arguments)
- Emotional distance, intimacy concerns, or feeling like roommates
- Rebuilding trust after betrayal or ongoing disconnection
- Repeating conflict cycles that never fully resolve
- Life transitions, parenting stress, or mismatched expectations
- Cultural, racial, or religious differences impacting the relationship
Rather than focusing on who’s “right” or “wrong,” couples therapy with me is about understanding patterns, strengthening emotional safety, and learning how to respond to each other in new, more supportive ways.
Individual Therapy for Adults
I also provide individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges. My work is especially supportive for clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to make sense of their identity or life transitions.
I commonly support individuals with:
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
- Trauma and attachment-related concerns
- Burnout, self-esteem issues, and people-pleasing
- Relationship patterns that no longer feel healthy
- Identity exploration, including multiracial or biracial identity
- Navigating different cultural, religious, or spiritual frameworks
You don’t need to come in with the “right” words. Therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and figure out what you need, at your pace.
Experience that Shapes My Work
I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over eight years of clinical experience in community mental health, post-secondary, and private practice. I’ve worked with adults, couples, families, and neurodivergent clients with a wide range of emotional and relational needs.
Earlier in my career, I spent five years working with a Child, Adolescent, and Family Mental Health team supporting intensive cases and families facing complex mental health challenges. This experience deeply shaped how I understand emotional regulation, attachment, and how early experiences influence adult relationships.
Alongside my professional training, I often work with clients who are neurodivergent, multiracial/biracial.
I currently offer fully online therapy, making counselling more accessible while still prioritizing depth, safety, and genuine connection.
Working With Me
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. In practice, this means therapy with me feels collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental.
I don’t rush to fix or label what’s happening. Instead, we pay attention to emotions, because emotions tell us what matters, what hurts, and what we’re longing for. Together, we’ll explore patterns that make sense given your experiences and gently work toward change that feels sustainable and supportive.
I strive to create a space where we can be our real selves. Side note, I am someone that brings humour into sessions, but that can be modified to your needs!

What Clients Say
Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and understood in therapy. They appreciate that I don’t take sides in couples work, don’t tell them what to do, and don’t rush the process. Many share that therapy feels safer and more grounding than expected, and that difficult conversations become more manageable over time.
Next Steps: Online Therapy in Ontario
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve tried before or aren’t sure it will help. Feeling hesitant is okay; you don’t need to be certain to take the first step.
I invite you to book a free initial phone consultation to talk about what’s bringing you here and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Change is possible, and you don’t have to do this alone. When you’re ready, I’m here.
